CANCELLATION POLICY
House of Dyecotomy Appointment & Cancellation Policy We understand that life happens, and we appreciate your respect for both our time and the time of other clients. Appointment Confirmation A valid card is required to reserve all appointments. Cancellation Policy We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service. No-Show Policy Clients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment without notifying us will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Late Arrivals If you are running late, please call or text us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you; however, your session may need to be shortened to avoid delaying the next scheduled appointment. Full-service pricing will still apply.
